For those patients that have dental insurance, we will be happy to assist you in filing claims and/or obtaining pre-treatment estimates from your insurance company. We can file          your claims electronically which speeds up the process of reimbursement.

It is important that you the patient realize that all claims and/or pre-treatment estimates are subject to review, plan limitations and guidelines. Therefore any remaining balance after any and all insurance payments is the responsibility of the patient and/or guardian.

The patient should also be made aware that our fees do not include the fees for the restorations and/or crowns. You should contact your restoring dentist to discuss those fees.

Our office accepts cash, personal and bank checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also participate with Care Credit. Our office manager is also happy to work with patients to set up an affordable in house monthly payment option should the need for financial arrangements arise.
